As a baking-obsessed Art Director (and a macaron-obsessed human) I decided to challenge myself to bake 52 flavors of macarons, one batch per week, over the course of one year.
After many failed attempts at baking macarons (a notoriously finicky cookie), I finally found my rhythm after taking an intensive 3 day "baking enthusiast" course at the French Pastry School. I then experimented my way through a range of different flavors and posted it all on Instagram @theweeklymac.
